Omron Healthcare Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliated companies within the Asia Pacific excluding East Asia ("we" or "Omron") would like to inform you with this document (together with the documents referred to in it) of the terms of use on which you may make use of the Omron websites ("Website"), whether as a guest or a registered user. "You" shall mean any person who makes use of the Website. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Website.

These terms shall be governed by relevant Singapore laws, without respect to conflicts of law principles, and, for any action or dispute, irrevocable consent is hereby granted by both parties to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Singapore. Use of this Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including this paragraph. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, these terms shall be severable and construed to the extent of their enforceability in light of the parties' mutual intent if deemed at all unenforceable by a competent court.
